Of course, your customer can also continue to order their dishes from a waiter if they do not own a smartphone or do not have one with them.

Online store:

Another self-ordering solution is offered by igetnow® with the help of the webshop. Here, your customers can place orders from their workplace, home, or on the go to pick them up from you at a scheduled time or to consume them on-site. It is up to you whether such orders should be displayed immediately in your cash register system or, for example, only 30 minutes before pickup. Perhaps the biggest advantage over other providers is that all orders are transferred directly to the cash register and do not need to be entered manually. With the myVectron digital receipt, you can not only save costs and paper, but also work in a more environmentally friendly way. Everyday use is super easy. Your customer scans a automatically generated QR code from your customer display with their smartphone and is thus taken directly to their receipt. This is displayed to the customer in a user-friendly way via a web browser. An additional app installation or registration on a portal is therefore not necessary. If your customer wishes to keep the receipt, they can simply save it on their phone. Printing the receipt in paper form will of course still be possible for you with every booking upon request.

Use our web-based solution to manage all your table reservations. Save time and avoid sources of error thanks to automatic transfer to your POS system. The software takes into account current table occupancy and the real-time reservation status of the POS. If full capacity is reached, the module automatically suggests the next available time slot for a free table to your online users. This way, you won't lose any potential customers. Perform detailed analyses at any time. For example, filter by average occupancy and table utilization, or by your average revenue for period X.
