Vectron Commander:

The Vectron Commander controls data transfer between your local cash registers and the central management systems. It also allows you to implement price changes, program new items, or make other modifications while operations are ongoing. Additionally, the Vectron Commander enables remote maintenance of the cash registers and reconfiguration of the cash register software on all linked registers. This offers you the significant advantage that we, as cash register dealers, do not need to come to your location to make reprogramming changes, but can instead implement all changes remotely and transfer them to the cash registers. Vectron Journal Tool:

The Vectron Journal Tool is your helpful analysis instrument for all cash register data and helps you maintain an overview of your entire company at all times. Self-ordering:

Thanks to the interface with igetnow®, you can make your menu available to customers digitally. Your customer scans the QR code shown on the table stand and thereby easily orders their desired dishes themselves. This not only relieves your waiters but also makes it easier for customers to place reorders immediately without waiting. Of course, your customer can also continue to order their dishes from a waiter if they do not own a smartphone or do not have one with them.

Online store:

Another self-ordering solution is offered by igetnow® with the help of the webshop. Here, your customers can place orders from their workplace, home, or on the go to pick them up from you at a scheduled time or to consume them on-site. It is up to you whether such orders should be displayed immediately in your cash register system or, for example, only 30 minutes before pickup. Perhaps the biggest advantage over other providers is that all orders are transferred directly to the cash register and do not need to be entered manually. Let your customers pay with a customer card or app.

Create your own prepaid card system with this option, which also works across multiple branches for your customers. You determine the maximum top-up amount yourself, either by customer group or even individually for each customer. The card can be topped up directly at the checkout or by the cardholder themselves via PayPal. Stay on the safe side thanks to the automatic saving of the balance in the voucher system and continue to serve your customers with your usual quality standard, even in case of loss or defect of a bonus card. You can simply issue your customer a new bonus card and top up the remaining balance from the system.

 

Provide your customers with an overdraft facility with the credit function.
