Ingredients

Invoice Archive:

With our digital package, all invoices from your entire POS network will now be automatically transferred to the myVectron Cloud. Within myVectron itself, you can then search for invoices, view their details, and send them as invoice copies via email.

Cash register backup:

As part of the end-of-day procedure, the backup saves the configuration and programming settings of the cash register system. This allows the cash register to be put back into operation as quickly as possible after a repair or replacement. Furthermore, no data will be lost in the event of a cash register failure.

Menu Download:

Upload your menu as a PDF to myVectron and have a QR code created with a link to the menu. You can now provide your customers with the menu as a QR code, for example on a table stand. Save yourself enormous costs for creating new, paper menus and make changes simply digitally.

POS Update:

The Geiger Digital Package includes all usage rights for updates to your cash register software. As long as your contract is active, these updates will not incur any additional costs. Updates are often absolutely necessary for the use of new functions and integrations. Here too, you benefit from the components of our Digital Package.

Fiscal archive:

All fiscal data is backed up daily on multiple Vectron servers in Germany. And this is% 100% reliably, in compliance with data protection regulations, and available to you at any time. So save yourself the tedious task of backing up data to your USB stick and the regular, manual transfer to your PC.

Fish Guarantee Germany 2020:

The digital package includes all software-based foundations and licenses to meet the legal requirements for the current cash register law.

myVectron App:

The mobile app serves as a supplement to your stationary cash register for fast and convenient operation and billing at the table. The mobile app is fundamentally different from the myVectron Reporting App. With the mobile app, you can either replace or supplement your Mobile Pro and provide an additional checkout workstation. The myVectron Reporting App, on the other hand, helps you keep an eye on all your company's key figures.

Connection DATEV Cash Register Archive Online (Exclusive):

With DATEV Kassenarchiv online, you can archive your cash register data daily in the DATEV cloud for your tax advisor. This eliminates the need for file format conversion. So, digitize your accounting today.

Payment (exclusive):

Get everything from a single source and use the myVectron Pay tariffs. Conclude your EC terminal contract directly through myVectron. This gives you a single point of contact for your entire cash register system, including the payment terminal.

You learn with us:

  • Preparation and programming of cash register hardware and software
  • On-site installation and training for our customers
  • Customer support by phone and remote maintenance following successful training.
  • Hardware repair in our own workshop
  • Setting up local networks
  • Commercial activities: Support with inventory management, bookkeeping, quote creation, contract processing, and project planning
  • Insight into Sales and Customer Consulting

And this is what you should bring:

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification with good results
  • Enthusiasm for IT, especially for networks
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity (e.g., installing hardware components)
  • First knowledge of MS Office - advantageous
  • Driver's license class B an advantage or willingness to obtain one at 18.
  • Enjoy solving complex problems
  • Initiative and independent work
  • Conscientiousness and reliability are a matter of course for you.
