Presence in the Grand Spa – Dialogue about Innovations and Industry Trends

On October 28th, the host day of the Bavarian Hotel and Restaurant Association DEHOGA Bayern took place in the Große Kurhaus in Bad Füssing. Delegates and representatives from the hotel and gastronomy industry came together to discuss current developments, political issues, and the future of the industry.

We, Kassensysteme Geiger GmbH & Co. KG, were also present with a booth as a partner of DEHOGA Bayern. Our company was represented by Simon Silvester Ofenstein and Leon Bader, who presented innovative solutions and new products from the Vectron Systems AG product world to visitors. The focus was on Digital networking, diverse connectivity options as well integrated payment functions of modern POS systemsto make businesses in the hotel and restaurant industry more efficient, flexible, and future-proof.

The Host Day offered a valuable platform for exchange with industry decision-makers and underscored our commitment to collaborative, future-oriented partnerships in the hospitality industry.

Our special thanks go to Btg Managing Director Isabella Hren and State Managing Director Dr. Thomas Geppert, as well as the entire team for the excellent organization of the event and the stimulating discussions.

We would like to heartily congratulate Ms. Angela Inselkammer on her re-election as President, as well as the re-elected Executive Board, of DEHOGA Bavaria and wish them great success for the tasks ahead.

Trainee for IT System Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You learn with us:

  • Preparation and programming of cash register hardware and software
  • On-site installation and training for our customers
  • Customer support by phone and remote maintenance following successful training.
  • Hardware repair in our own workshop
  • Setting up local networks
  • Commercial activities: Support with inventory management, bookkeeping, quote creation, contract processing, and project planning
  • Insight into Sales and Customer Consulting

And this is what you should bring:

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification with good results
  • Enthusiasm for IT, especially for networks
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity (e.g., installing hardware components)
  • First knowledge of MS Office - advantageous
  • Driver's license class B an advantage or willingness to obtain one at 18.
  • Enjoy solving complex problems
  • Initiative and independent work
  • Conscientiousness and reliability are a matter of course for you.
